Sounds like you need to call customer service about a possible order issue. This is a customer forum and no one here is able to access your account.

Hey, magenta3630918! Can you let us know a little more about what's happening? Did you receive a notification about an order placed on your account? If you visit MyT-Mobile, in the Alerts section on the right hand side, can you see any information about the order to get a better idea of what's going on?
If you're not seeing any details there that you're familiar with, we'd definitely encourage you to Contact Us if you haven't already so that we can help you get to the bottom of this. Please let us know how you're doing!

I'm just stopping by to see if you've had a chance to read of the two replies that have been posted on your thread so far. We have a few questions for you so we can figure out why you received a new phone even though you didn't order one. Please get back to us if you haven't gotten to the bottom this so we can help out.
