Legacy Community Account Preventing me from making new account


    I am posting this from wife's login. I have a Legacy Community account that I have not used in a long time. I know the username and password, but when I attempt to login with it I get: "This account has been deactivated. Please contact the community admin.".


    So I figured I would login with My-T-Mobile Login, but when I do that it says a Community Account with my e-mail address already exists. I cannot chance my e-mail address on My-TMobile as this is my primary address. I am sure I used the same address on the old Community account as I use in My-Tmobile.


    Can anybody from T-Mobile on the community help?


    I chatted with normal support for 2 hours and they opened a ticket, but I still have not heard anything.
