Paperless Billing - Update Operation Failed


    I'm trying to receive my paperless bill notification via email in addition to text updates.  When I got online to Profile -> Billing & Payments -> Paperless Billing,  edit settings by selecting the check mark next to my email address and check the T's&C's at the bottom, I receive the error message below.


    I've tried changing email addresses in my profile but still receive the same error message regardless of email address.  Multiple calls to Customer Service haven't resolved.
