Hi, magenta2476652! It would definitely be a lot cooler if the vacation was yours, not our app's. The trouble ticket is the right way to go for these types of issues, if the steps we walk through first don't resolve the problem. How are things going for you now? I know it's only been a few days, and these issues can have a longer service level, but we'd love to hear any updates!

Bummer! To be honest, I hadn't thought to make the suggestions that tidbits and snn_555 are offering, because you mentioned that we'd already filed a ticket! But those are definitely things we'd like to have someone do -- is it safe to assume that we tried clearing the app cache/app data and an uninstall/reinstall before we got to the last resort?

I guess it's last resort time.:'( I did the cache thing a few times when
uninstalling and reinstalling. Also, turned the phone on and off when I
did it too.

I am having the same problem. When I try to log on it just states that it is processing. I stayed on the phone with customer service and I kind of got the same response..... they know about it but there isn't a date it will be fixed. They told me to just keep trying. I'm sure that Tmobile would not understand if they didn't get their money because I could not use their app- so why is this still an issue. It's been over a month. I would love to call in again- but really do not have the time to sit for over an hour.
