Happy Tuesday, passion8pug! We wanted to check in with you and see if the steps you're using to add your wife's car to the SyncUp are the ones Chris linked to above. Can you let us know a little more about where the hang-up is? Do you see an error message when you tap "Add New Car" from the "Cars" section of the settings menu? I hope you've been able to hurdle this, but please let us know if you're still having trouble!

Hi Marissa and thanks for following up. What I did was just leaving the
unit in my wife's car, even when it displayed my previous car's info. After
3 days the app starting working again, at which point I went in and renamed
it. I don't know if this is proper but it is working now. Thanks again

I'm glad it's working, but sorry that it took a few days to get there organically! If you decide to add another car in the future, we'd encourage you to give the app steps a shot; but for now I'm really happy to read that your wife's able to take advantage of the SyncUp.
