I can't add an existing line to my account


    Hi, I already have a T-Mobile Pre-Paid number and an online account. I recently purchased another T-Mobile Pre-Paid line and I am trying to add this new line to my existing T-Mobile account online so I can manage both accounts and I can't find the option described in the support article. There is no option to do this on the online account page. But T-Mobile support page says it is possible and provides instructions which aren't accurate. Can anyone help me figure out if this is possible and how to do it?
