1 of 1 people found this helpfulyou need to contact Verizon and have them send your final bill with the device agreement. From there you can resubmit what is needed.
Verizon CAN access it and they are required by regulation for at least 5 years(could be 3 been a while).

Hey, landerson25! Just wanted to check in here and see how things are going with that second #GetOutoftheRed submission. Were you able to get a copy of your device agreement and upload it?

I also have the the same issue. Am waiting for the final bill from Verizon. When I get this, where do I send this copy to at t-mobile to get my payoff funds?

Welcome, magenta2500451! I hope you're not waiting for that final bill too much longer. When it arrives, you can upload it here: T-Mobile Carrier Freedom. You can find more information about the offer here: #GetOutoftheRed, but if there's anything you don't see, please ask! We're happy to help.

Once you acquire a final itemized statement from Verizon you will be able to submit images taken right from your phone. I would suggest contacting the Carrier Freedom department they will assist you in re-submitting your reimburesement if necessary.
