Traded in my S7 for my S8 on Jump and They are claiming to not have received my S7 even tho tracking Number states received. And are still charging me for the s7


    This is really getting annoying and on my nerves i am going through this every month and T-Mobile is charging me for a phone i do not have in my position any more . I sent my S7 into T-mobile via their jump program with the tracking number they provided and got my S8. However each mnth i am being charged for the S7 i traded in and i would like this charge and EIP taken off my account ASAP or i will take my business elsewhere. Each time i call some account rep says they found the found and will take it off my account and now i keep getting charge after that. This is totally frustrating and unprofessional. Either give me back the phone i shipped  or take the charge off my account.
