Hey franck_c! I am sorry to hear that you are off to a rough start with us I know the switcher promotion definitely played a big part in your decision to switch to us and I want to make sure that you are able to get it. What I would recommend that you do is reach out to our social media team T-Force using the Facebook or Twitter links in my signature so that they can take a holistic look at your account to see what specifically happened.

I don't have facebook or Twitter account.Is there another way? Would going to a T-mobile store help?

1 of 1 people found this helpfulOh okay, If FB and TW are not an option for you, I think the best thing to do would be to contact the promotions team directly at 877-470-3619 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM Eastern, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Eastern Saturday. They will be able to pull up your account and look at these promotions with you.

I called 877-470-3619. But it is an automatic system:
-When I check by phone numbers, it says that nothing has been submitted.
-When I check by address (street number), it says that 3 requests have been filed. But we live in a condo with 300 appartments at the same address. So this is probably other persons,
-All other options point to www.t-mobile.com/promotion and of course that does not respond to my problem,
So, I am stuck. I really wish to talk to someone at the promotion center, because obviously someone forgot to tell me the procedure to submit the request.
Can you help for this?

I having same problem too with my reimbursement. submitted initially my bill in Jan that stated the phone payments at ATT and they said I need to submit the final bill that says ZERO. The final statement only states ZERO balance but does not reflect the phone plan payment. So now when when I go to reimbursement screen to submit what they are requesting. it says there nothing applies to my account. Went to a TMO store in Vernon Hills, IL but they are NO HELP at all. This process is so frustrating specially if no help or assistance is given.

Oh no! Did you get a chance to reach out to our promotions team using the number I posted above? They will be able to see your submission and let you know if there is any additional information needed.
