What do you mean take away tethering? They still offer it and they are not removing from their customers that have it or their list of offering. Unless you know something I don't.

IF your tethering has been removed, contact customer support.... it was probably a computer mishap

Unless the OP used up his fast data allowance. At that point tethering is disabled (at least it used to be).

I'm a little unclear what you mean. Have you tried tethering and made sure it's still working for you? If it's not, what happens when you try?

Hey daddydubs!
Just swingin' by to check in on things. There has been a bit of conversation going on here but we need some clarification from you. If you were able to get this sorted out, fantastic! If not, can you give us more info on what you mean by the tethering feature being taken away?

The ability to tether your data is a great feature. When I had AT&T back in 2003 I payed so much money to tether a small amount of data from my phone. I'm so glad those days are over. And tethering to watch movies (especially using the old Plans with the binge on activated) was unheard of with AT&T back then. I paid so much money inorder to just check my email and log onto my bank account. Tethering has been reinvented by T-Mobile... AT&T was taking all of my money
