As far as the picture messaging goes, do you have any issues with accessing data while connected to our network? Has it been this way since you got your phone? If so, it may be an issue with provisioning on our end and in that case, you'll need to get in touch with Customer Care to have them correct the settings. You can contact them here: Contact Us.
