This sounds like you have some sort of message blocking on your account preventing short codes. Has this ever worked for you in the past? If so, did you recently make any changes to your account/plan when this started happening?

I have the same problem. Texts send from Digital Credit Union do not arrive. Please help me resolve this.

also shows a similar complaint from 2014. For some reason I cant find that thread when I search. Quote: 12/16/14--23:30: Not receiving text alerts from banking sites like Bofa, DCU and Mint I'm not receiving text alerts from banking sites like Bank of Amercia, DCU and Mint. I'm receiving alerts from other friends. When I called banking support they said they received undelivered alert, but I confirm the number is correct and there is no message blocking any one faced this issue? My phone is samsung galaxy S II

So we have "Message blocking" and something else called "Short code blacklisting" the short code blacklisting is something that we can check for you on the back-end but you would need to Contact Us so we could look at that for you.

short code blacklisting caused this. It's fixed after a call to TMO support.
