The past couple years, it was either right at the start of the season or a week or two in when the announcement was made.
My guess is that's when it will happen this year, assuming MLB will be included again.

Interesting that it doesn't include Spring Training. I wonder if that's to get the die-hard fans to pay for it anyway?

Wouldn't surprise me.
As stated, in previous years, it's never included Spring Training.

But if you root for the Phillies there is no real reason to listen after spring training. They are long out of contention by day two...:)
