    Problem with the most recent software upgrade. Please help.

      I've only had to upgrade my phone once in the last 2 years of having it. I notice that there's been an update this year and I'm having a problem acquiring it. I've been trying to follow this page: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-1177 and when I go to the T-Mobile download center to "get software," a new webpage pops up that cannot be displayed, as if it's a non-working link. I run off of IE, but have also tried through Firefox and I run into the same problem. Can someone please point me in the right direction or fill me in on what's going wrong? I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
