I set up my voicemail with a password. It seems like an extra step to have to enter a password for voicemail, so I would like to use my voicemail without a password. How do I change my voicemail so that it does not require a password? I was an AT&T customer for 12 years and never had occasion to access my voicemail from another phone, so the password necessity would not seem to apply to me.
Here you go:
I am looking for a way to reset my voicemail password from the website so I can call my voicemail from a land line as I am out of the country and using the phone is very expensive. The link above says:
"You may also reset your voice mail password and enable password security by selecting the Voicemail Settings link located in the My Account section of t-zones®."
I have not been able to find this link anywhere in my account section of my.t-mobile.com. Were is t-zones and how is that different from my.t-mobile.com?
LA RESPUESTA NO ME LLEVO A NINGUN LADO. ESTOY FUERA DEL PAIS Y NO ENCUENTRO LA FORMA DE ESCUCHAR MI VOICEMAIL Y/O DE CAMBIAR MI PASSWORD DE MANERA QUE LA PUEDA ENTRAR POR LA TABLA DE NUMEROS.
I went to this location and it did not tell me what I needed to know. I need to know how to find the correct location on the web to change the voicemail password. The one liner does not have a link to the location and I can not find it with hours of looking on T-Mobile sites.
I am trying to access my vmail from my home phone. Is there a 800 number I can call to do this? My cell lights went out, so I'm waiting on the replacement.
