How to use Connect Me

    Connect Me, formerly known as Mobile Internet Management, is a T-Mobile website that lets you quickly set up and manage your data-only device. If you have other types of active service (like a mobile device line), use My T-Mobile to manage your account.

     

     

    Create an account

    1. Turn off Wi-Fi on your tablet. For instructions, check out the How-to guides for your device on the Devices page.
    2. Open the browser on your tablet.
    3. Go to t-mobile.com/connectme, and follow the prompts to create your Connect Me account.

     

     

    Access Connect Me

    1. Turn off Wi-Fi on your tablet. For instructions, check out the How To's for your device on the Devices page.
    2. Open the browser on your tablet.
    3. Go to t-mobile.com/connectme.
    4. Log in to manage your Mobile Internet plan.

     

     

    Change your plan

    1. Open Connect Me.
    2. On the Account Overview screen, tap Add Data or Change Plan.
    3. Tap Purchase a Recurring Domestic Data Pass Options and then tap Next.
    4. Review your changes or change your payment information (if necessary) and then tap Next.
    5. Review and agree to the Terms of Service and then tap Agree.
    6. Review the Payment Summary and then tap Submit.

     

     

    Buy an On-Demand Data Pass

    1. Open Connect Me.
    2. On the Account Overview screen, tap Add Data or Change Plan.
    3. In the One-Time Domestic Data Pass Options, select the pass and then tap Next.
    4. Review your changes, and input your payment information (if necessary) and then tap Next.
    5. Review and agree to the Terms of Service and then tap Agree.
    6. Review the Payment Summary and then tap Submit.

     

     

    Check your data usage

    1. Open Connect Me.
    2. On the Account Overview screen, check the following:
      • Your current pass usage
      • Amount of remaining high-speed data
      • Days remaining on the pass
