Connect Me

Connect Me is a T-Mobile web site that lets you quickly set up and manage your data-only device. For other device types (like a mobile device line), use My T-Mobile to manage your account.

 

Access Connect Me / Create an account

  1. On your tablet, turn off Wi-Fi. Steps vary by device - visit the Devices page for steps.
  2. From the tablet web browser, go to T-Mobile.com/ConnectMe.
  3. Log in in to your account or follow the prompts to create a Connect Me account.

 

Change your plan / Buy data pass

  1. Log in to your account: T-Mobile.com/ConnectMe.
  2. On the Account Overview screen, tap Add Data or Change Plan.
    • Change plan: Tap Purchase a Recurring Domestic Data Pass Options > Next.
    • Buy data pass: Tap One-Time Domestic Data Pass Options > select the pass > tap Next.
  3. Review your changes or change your payment information (if necessary) > tap Next.
  4. Review the Terms of Service > tap Agree.
  5. Review the Payment Summary > tap Submit.

 

Check your data usage

  1. Log in to your account: T-Mobile.com/ConnectMe.
  2. On the Account Overview screen, check the following:
    • Your current pass usage
    • Amount of remaining high-speed data
    • Days remaining on the pass
