IMEI

To find the IMEI serial number of your device, follow these steps:

 

Using the Admin page

  1. Connect your computer to your Mobile Hotspot via Wi-Fi.
  2. On your computer, double-click the T-Mobile Hotspot Admin icon on your desktop or open a browser window and enter http://mobile.hotspot/.
  3. Enter your administrator password that you created and click Login.
  4. From the ‘Dashboard’ (Home) screen, view your IMEI under the ‘Support’ field.

 

Using the Mobile Hotspot

  1. Power off your Mobile HotSpot
  2. Remove the back cover.

  3. Remove the battery,
  4. View the IMEI under ‘Model MF96.’

Liquid Damage Indicator (LDI)

T-Mobile devices have an indicator that shows if it has been subjected to liquid damage. To read the Liquid Damage Indicator (LDI), follow these steps:

 

  1. Remove the back cover and battery from your device.
  2. View the images to read the label:
