Block calls

Block calls from a number

To block incoming calls from a number, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call.
  4. Scroll to and select Call Reject.
  5. Scroll to and select Call Reject On/Off.
  6. Scroll to and select Reject on List.
  7. Scroll to and select Call Reject List.
  8. Select New.
  9. Select one of the following:
    • Contacts
      1. Scroll to and select the contact.
    • New number
      1. Enter the contact’s name.
      2. Scroll to Number and enter the contact’s number.
      3. Select Save.

 

 

Unblock a number

To allow incoming calls from a number you previously blocked, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call.
  4. Scroll to and select Call Reject.
  5. Scroll to and select Call Reject On/Off.
  6. Scroll to and select Reject on List.
  7. Scroll to and select Call Reject List.
  8. Highlight the desired contact.
  9. Select Delete.

Call forwarding

Cancel call forwarding

To turn off or cancel call forwarding that you have set up, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call.
  4. Select Call Forwarding.
  5. Select Options.
  6. Select the following:
    • Deactivate
    • Deactivate All

 

 

Forward all calls (unconditional)

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

To forward all calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call.
  4. Select Call Forwarding.
  5. Select All Voice Calls.
  6. Select To Number.
  7. Enter the number or select Search to select a contact in the Contacts list.
  8. Select Set.

 

 

Forward some calls (conditional)

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

To turn on conditional call forwarding which forwards some calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call.
  4. Select Call Forwarding.
  5. Select from the following:
    • If Busy
    • If No Answer
    • If Out of Reach
  6. Select To Number.
  7. Enter the number or select Search to select a contact in the Contacts list.
  8. Select Set.

Call log

Reset call log

To reset or clear the call log or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Call Logs.
  3. Scroll to and select Call Duration.
  4. Scroll to the following:
    • Last Call
    • Received calls
    • Dialed Calls
    • All Calls
  5. Select Reset.
  6. Select Yes.

 

 

View call log

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

To view call logs or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Call Logs.
  3. Scroll to and select Call Duration to view timers for last call, received calls, dialed calls, and all calls.

Touch tones (DTMF)

Turn on / off touch tones (DTMF)

To turn on or turn off touch tones when dialing, follow these steps:

 

  1. While on a call, select Options.
  2. Scroll to and select Disable tones.
  3. To turn tones back on, select Options and select Send Tones.
