To back up your apps, follow these steps:

Back up contacts

To back up your contacts, follow these steps:

 

  1. On the main screen, tap Ph. Book.
  2. Tap More.
  3. Tap Mobile Backup.
  4. Tap Last sync.
  5. Tap Sync now.
  6. To view the sync results, tap Log detail.

 

 

Back up media & pictures

 

To back up your media and pictures, follow these steps:

 

  1. Plug the USB cable into your computer's USB port.
  2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into your phone.
    • Note: You may need to put the phone in Idle Mode. Press the red End key to return to the main screen.
  3. On the phone, on the 'Select USB mode' screen, tap Mass storage.
  4. Tap Select.
  5. On your computer, highlight Open folder to view files using Windows Explorer.

  7. Navigate to the desired file on your phone.
  8. Right-click your mouse on the file.
  9. Click Cut.
  10. Navigate to the desired location on your computer.
  11. Right-click your mouse.
  12. Click Paste.
    • Important: Do not disconnect the USB cable during file transfer.
  13. When you are finished, click the Safely Remove Hardware icon in your computer taskbar.
  14. Click Safely Remove USB Mass Storage Device.
