Call forwarding

Cancel call forwarding

To turn off or cancel call forwarding that you have set up, follow these steps:

 

  1. On the main screen, tap Menu.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Call settings.
  4. Tap Call forwarding.
  5. Tap Cancel all

 

 

Forward all calls (unconditional)

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

To forward all calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. On the main screen, tap Menu.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Call settings.
  4. Tap Call forwarding.
  5. Tap Forward always.
  6. Tap the Forward to text field to open the keypad
  7. Enter the number you want to forward all calls to.
  8. Tap Done.
  9. Tap Activate.

 

 

Forward some calls (conditional)

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

To turn on conditional call forwarding which forwards some calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. On the main screen, tap Menu.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Call settings.
  4. Tap Call forwarding.
  5. Tap one of the following:
    • Busy
    • No reply
    • Unreachable
  6. Tap the Forward to text field to open the keypad.
  7. Enter the number you want to forward all calls to.
  8. Tap Done.
  9. If you taped No reply, tap the Waiting time drop-down menu.
  10. Tap one of the following:
    • 5 seconds
    • 10 seconds
    • 15 seconds
    • 20 seconds
    • 25 seconds
    • 30 seconds
  11. Tap Activate.

Call log

Reset call log

To reset or clear the call log or history, follow these steps:


  1. On the main screen, tap Menu.
  2. Tap Call log.
  3. Tap Call time.
  4. Tap Reset all.
  5. Tap Yes to confirm.

 

 

View call log

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

To view call logs or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. On the main screen, tap Menu.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Call settings.
  4. Tap Call waiting.
  5. Tap Activate or Deactivate.
