Call forwarding

Cancel call forwarding

To turn off or cancel call forwarding that you have set up, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, scroll to and select the Phone icon.
  2. Press the Menu key.
  3. Scroll to and select Options.
  4. Scroll to and select Call Forwarding.
  5. Scroll to and select Forward All Calls.
  6. Scroll to and select the forwarding number.
  7. Scroll to and select Do Not Forward.
  8. Press the Menu key.
  9. Select Save.

 

 

Forward all calls (unconditional)

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

To forward all calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, scroll to and select the Phone icon.
  2. Press the Menu key.
  3. Scroll to and select Options.
  4. Scroll to and select Call Forwarding.
  5. Scroll to Forward All Calls and press the touchpad.
  6. Scroll to and select Do Not Forward.
  7. Scroll to and select +18056377249 (the voicemail server number).
    Note: If you wish to select a different number, select one of the following options:
    • New Number
      1. Press the Menu key.
      2. Enter the new number.
      3. Press the touchpad.
      4. Press the Escape key.
      5. Scroll to Forward All Calls and press the touchpad.
      6. Scroll to and select Do Not Forward.
      7. Scroll to and select the number you just added.
    • Edit Numbers
      1. Press the Menu key.
      2. Scroll to and select EditNumbers.
      3. Scroll to and select the number you wish to edit.
      4. Scroll to and select Edit.
      5. Enter the desired number.
      6. Press the touchpad.
      7. Press the Escape key.
      8. Scroll to Forward All Calls and press the touchpad.
      9. Scroll to and select Do Not Forward.
      10. Scroll to and select the number you just edited.
      11. Press the Menu key.
      12. Select Save.

 

 

Forward some calls (conditional)

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

To turn on conditional call forwarding which forwards some calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, scroll to and select the Phone icon.
  2. Press the Menu key.
  3. Scroll to and select Options.
  4. Scroll to and select Call Forwarding.
  5. Scroll to and select Forward Unanswered calls.
  6. Scroll and select If Busy.
  7. Scroll to and select Do Not Forward or the desired forwarding number.
  8. Scroll to and select If No Reply.
  9. Scroll to and select Do Not Forward or the desired forwarding number.
  10. Scroll to and select If Not Reachable.
  11. Scroll to and select Do Not Forward or the desired forwarding number.
  12. Press the Menu key.
  13. Select Save.

Call log

Reset call log

To reset or clear the call log or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, press the Menu key.
  2. Scroll to and select Phone.
  3. Hold the Shift key and scroll down to select all the call logs.
  4. Press the Menu key.
  5. Select Delete.

 

 

View call log

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

To view call logs or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, press the Menu key.
  2. Scroll to and select Phone.
  3. Press the Menu key.
  4. Scroll to and select Options.
  5. Scroll to and select General Options.
  6. Scroll to Phone List View and press the trackpad.
  7. Select one of the following options:
    • Most Recent
    • Most Used
    • Name
    • Call Log
  8. Press the Menu key and select Save.
