Call voicemail

To call your voicemail and retrieve messages, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Touch and hold 1 or dial 123 and tap Call, or tap the Voicemail tab to call voicemail.

 

 

Set voicemail number

To change the voicemail number on your device, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Menu key.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Call settings.
  4. Tap Voicemail.
  5. Tap Voicemail again.
  6. View the voicemail number.

Visual Voicemail (VVM)

Change greeting

To change the Visual Voicemail greeting, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap Applications.
  2. Scroll to and tap Visual Voicemail.
  3. Tap Greetings.
  4. Tap the greeting you want to use or tap Record a new greeting

 

 

Change password

To change the Visual Voicemail password, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap Applications.
  2. Scroll to and tap Visual Voicemail.
  3. Tap Greetings.
  4. Tap the Menu key.
  5. Tap Settings.
  6. Tap Change PIN.

 

 

Listen to voicemail messages

To access Visual Voicemail and listen to new messages, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap Applications.
  2. Scroll to and tap Visual Voicemail.
  3. Scroll to and tap the voicemail message you want to hear.
  4. Tap the blue Play icon to listen to the message.

 

 

Set up Visual Voicemail (VVM)

To set up Visual Voicemail the first time, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap Applications.
  2. Scroll to and tap Visual Voicemail.
  3. Tap Next.
  4. Tap Done to enable Visual Voicemail and activate the feature for the first time.

 

 

Turn off

To turn off or disable Visual Voicemail, follow these steps:
