Block calls

Block calls from a number

To block incoming calls from a number, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Phonebook.
  3. Scroll to and select Block list.
  4. Select OK to add numbers to the block list.
  5. Select the following:
    • Number: Enter the number and select Save.
    • Contacts: Scroll to the contact and press the OK key to select. Select Save.
    • Recent contacts: Scroll to the contact and press the OK key to select. Press the Left soft key to save.
    • Unknown numbers: Block all unknown numbers.
    • FDN contacts: Block contacts in the Fixed Dial Numbers (FDN) list.
      • Note: T-Mobile does not support FDN.

 

 

Unblock a number

To allow incoming calls from a number you previously blocked, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Phonebook.
  3. Scroll to and select Block list.
  4. Scroll to desired contact.
  5. Press Options.
  6. Scroll and select Delete.

Call forwarding

Cancel call forwarding

To turn off or cancel call forwarding that you have set up, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Call forwarding.
  5. Scroll to and select Cancel all.

 

 

Forward all calls (unconditional)

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

To forward all calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Call forwarding.
  5. Select Always.
  6. Press the OK key to activate Voice calls.
  7. Scroll to Forward to.
  8. Enter the phone number where you want to forward your calls.
  9. Press the Left soft key to save.

 

 

Forward some calls (conditional)

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

To turn on conditional call forwarding which forwards some calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Call forwarding.
  5. Scroll to and select from the following:
    • If busy
    • If no reply
    • If out of reach
  6. From Voice calls, press the OK key.
  7. From Voice calls, press the Navigation key left or right to select Activate.
  8. Scroll to Forward to.
  9. Enter the phone number, if necessary.

10.  If available, scroll to and select from the following:

    • 25 seconds
    • 30 seconds
    • 5 seconds
    • 10 seconds
    • 15 seconds
    • 20 seconds

11.  Press the Left soft key to save.

Call log

Reset call log

To reset or clear the call log or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Call records.
    • Note: The first time you access Call records through the menu, a message alerts you that you can access your recent calls by pressing the Navigation key up at the main screen. Select OK.
  3. Scroll to and select Call time.
  4. Scroll to one of the following:
    • Last call time
    • Total outgoing
    • Total incoming
  5. Select Reset.

 

 

View call log

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

To view call logs or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Call records.
  3. Scroll to and select Call time.
  4. Select from the following:
    • Last call time
    • Total outgoing
    • Total incoming
    • Life time

Touch tones (DTMF)

Turn on / off touch tones (DTMF)

To turn on or turn off touch tones when dialing, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Sound settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Keypad tone.
  5. Scroll to Volume.
  6. Press the Navigation key to the right until you see 0.
  7. Select Save.
