Block calls

Block calls from a number

To block calls from a number, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select People.
  3. Scroll to and select Block list.
  4. Select OK.
  5. Select one of the following options:
    • Number
      1. Enter the phone number.
      2. Select Save.
    • Contacts
      1. Scroll to and select the contact.
      2. Select Save.
    • Recent contacts
      1. Scroll to and select the contact.
      2. Press the Left Soft key to select.
    • Unknown numbers
    • FDN contacts
      1. Scroll to and select the contact.

Call forwarding

Cancel call forwarding

To turn off or cancel call forwarding that you have set up, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call Settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Call forwarding.
  5. Select Cancel all.

 

Forward all calls (unconditional)

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

To forward all calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call Settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Call forwarding.
  5. Select Always.

 

 

Forward some calls (conditional)

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

To turn on conditional call forwarding which forwards some calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call Settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Call forwarding.
  5. Scroll to and select one of the following options:
    • If busy
    • If no reply
    • If out of reach
  6. Select Voice calls.
  7. Press the Navigation right to select Activate.
  8. Scroll down to Forward to.
  9. Enter the phone number if desired. The default forwarding number is the voicemail box number.
  10. Select Select.

Call log

Reset call log

To reset or clear the call log or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From main screen, press Menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Call settings.
  4. Select Management.
  5. Scroll to Delete all history and press Select.

 

 

 

View call log

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

  1. From main screen, press Menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Call settings.
  4. Select Management.
  5. Select Call time.

Touch tones (DTMF)

Turn on / off touch tones (DTMF)

To turn on or turn off touch tones when dialing, follow these steps:

 

  1. While on a call, select Options.
  2. Scroll to and select Send DTMF to turn on DTMF tones.
  3. When finished, select Exit to turn off DTMF tones.
