Call forwarding

Cancel call forwarding

To turn off or cancel call forwarding that you have set up, follow these steps:

 

1.  From the main screen, select Menu.

2.  Scroll to and select Settings.

3.  Scroll to and select Call settings.

4.  Scroll to and select Call forwarding.

5.  Scroll to and select Cancel all.

 

 

Forward all calls (unconditional)

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

To forward all calls, follow these steps:

 

1.  From the main screen, select Menu.

2.  Scroll to and select Settings.

3.  Scroll to and select Call settings.

4.  Scroll to and select Call forwarding.

5.  Select Always.

6.  Select Voice calls.

7.  Press the Navigation key right to select Activate.

8.  Scroll to Forward to.

9.  Enter the desired destination number.

10.  Press the Left soft key to select.

 

 

Forward some calls (conditional)

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

To turn on conditional call forwarding which forwards some calls, follow these steps:

 

1.  From the main screen, select Menu.

2.  Scroll to and select Settings.

3.  Scroll to and select Call settings.

4.  Scroll to and select Call forwarding.

5.  Select one of the following options:

  • If busy
  • If no reply
  • If out of reach

6.  Select Voice calls.+

7.  Press the Navigation key right to select Activate.

8.  Scroll to Forward to.

9.  Enter the desired destination number.

  • Note: If you selected No reply, scroll to sec and select a waiting period from 5 to 30 seconds.

10.  Press the Left soft key to select.

Call log

Reset call log

To reset or clear the call log or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Call records.
  3. Scroll to and select Call Log.
  4. Press the Menu key.
  5. Scroll to and select Reset.
  6. Select Yes.

 

 

View call log

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

To view call logs or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Call records.
  3. Scroll to and select Call Log.

Touch tones (DTMF)

Turn on / off touch tones (DTMF)

To turn on or turn off touch tones when dialing, follow these steps:

 

1.  From the main screen, select Menu.

2.  Scroll to and select Settings.

3.  Scroll to and select Sound settings.

4.  Scroll to and select Keypad tone.

5.  Scroll to Volume.

6.  Press the Navigation key left or right to adjust the tone volume.

7.  Select Save.
