Call forwarding

Cancel call forwarding

To turn off or cancel call forwarding that you have set up, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Menu, tap Settings.
  2. Scroll to and tap Call settings.
  3. Scroll to and tap Call forwarding.
  4. Scroll to and tap Cancel all.

 

 

Forward all calls (unconditional)

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

To forward all calls, follow these steps:

  1. From the Menu, tap Settings.
  2. Scroll to and tap Call settings.
  3. Scroll to and tap Call forwarding.
  4. Tap Always.
  5. Tap Forward to.
  6. Enter the number you want to use for call forwarding.
  7. Tap Done.
  8. Tap Activate.

 

 

Forward some calls (conditional)

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

To turn on conditional call forwarding which forwards some calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Menu, tap Settings.
  2. Scroll to and tap Call settings.
  3. Scroll to and tap Call forwarding.
  4. Tap Always.
  5. Tap Forward to.
  6. Enter the number you want to use for call forwarding.
  7. Tap Done.
  8. Tap Activate.

Call log

Reset call log

To reset or clear the call log or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Menu, tap Call log.
  2. Tap Call time.
  3. Tap Reset all.
  4. Tap Yes.
  5. Enter your password.
    Note: The default password is 1234.
  6. Tap Confirm.
  7. If necessary, enter the password again and select Confirm.

 

 

View call log

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

To view call logs or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Menu, tap Call log.
  2. Tap the drop-down menu.
  3. Select from the following Logs:
    • All calls
    • All
    • Missed calls
    • Outgoing calls
    • Incoming calls
    • Sent msg.
    • Received msg.
    • Voice mail
