Call forwarding

Cancel call forwarding

To turn off or cancel call forwarding that you have set up, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, press the green Phone key.
  2. Press the Menu key.
  3. Scroll to and select Options.
  4. Scroll to and select Call Forwarding.
  5. Select the Forward Calls drop-down menu.
  6. Scroll to and select Never.
  7. Press the Menu key.
  8. Select Save.

 

 

Forward all calls (unconditional)

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

To forward all calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, press the green Send key.
  2. Press the Menu key.
  3. Scroll to and select Options.
  4. Scroll to and select Call Forwarding.
  5. Note:You may need to wait a few moments as your phone queries call forwarding parameters from the networks.
  6. On the Call Forwarding screen, scroll to and select the Forward Calls drop-down menu.
  7. Scroll to and select Always.
  8. Scroll to and select Forward All Calls from the drop-down menu.
  9. Scroll to and select one of the following options:
    • +18056377249
    • The name of a contact who has the forwarding number you want to use (if any)
    • New Number
  10. On the Select Contact screen, do one of the following:
    • Scroll to the contact with the phone number you want to use as a forwarding number.
    • Scroll to and select New Contact, create a contact who has the forwarding number you want, and then scroll to and select the new contact.
  11. On the Call Forwarding screen, scroll to and select the Forward All Calls drop-down menu.
  12. Scroll to and select the phone number or contact you want to forward calls to.
  13. Press the Menu key.
  14. Select Save.

 

 

Forward some calls (conditional)

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

To turn on conditional call forwarding which forwards some calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, press the green Send key.
  2. Press the Menu key.
  3. Scroll to and select Options.
  4. Scroll to and select Call Forwarding.
    • Note:You many need to wait a few moments as your phone queries call forwarding parameters from the network.
  5. Scroll to and select the Forward Calls drop-down menu.
  6. Scroll to and select Conditional.
  7. Scroll to and select the If Busy drop-down menu.
  8. Scroll to and select Do Not Forward or the desired forwarding number.
  9. Scroll to and select the If No Reply drop-down menu.
  10. Scroll to and select Do Not Forward or the desired forwarding number.
  11. Scroll to and select the If Not Reachable drop-down menu.
  12. Scroll to and select Do Not Forward or the desired forwarding number.
  13. Press the Menu key.
  14. Select Save.

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

To view call logs or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, press the green Send key.
  2. View the call log.
