Block calls

Block calls from a number

To block incoming calls from a number, follow these steps:

 

  • If screen  is locked, touch and slide the bar up.
  • If screen is not locked, touch Decline.

 

Block calls from contacts

To enable to disable diverting calls from a contact to voicemail, follow these steps:

  1. From the Home screen, touch the Phone call+button.png button.
  2. Touch Contacts.
  3. Touch the contact you want to block.
  4. Under Options, touch Diverted calls.
  5. Touch OK to enable or disable call blocking.

 

Unblock a number

To allow incoming calls from a number you previously blocked, follow these steps:

  1. From the Home screen, touch the Phone call+button.png button.
  2. Touch Contacts.
  3. Touch the contact you want to block.
  4. Under Options, touch Diverted calls.
  5. Touch OK to enable or disable call blocking.

Call forwarding

To turn off or cancel call forwarding that you have set up, follow these steps:

 

  1. From  the Home screen, press the Menu Menu+button.png key.
  2. Touch Settings.
  3. Touch Call.
  4. Scroll  to and touch Call forwarding.
  5. Touch Always forward.
  6. Touch Disable.

 

 

Forward all calls (unconditional)

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

To forward all calls, follow these steps:

  1. From  the Home screen, press the Menu Menu+button.png key.
  2. Touch Settings.
  3. Touch Call.
  4. Scroll  to and touch Call forwarding.
  5. Touch Always forward.
  6. Enter  the number you want to use for call forwarding.
  7. Touch Enable.

 

 

Forward some calls (conditional)

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

To turn on conditional call forwarding which forwards some calls, follow these steps:

  1. From  the Home screen, press the Menu Menu+button.png key.
  2. Touch Settings.
  3. Touch Call.
  4. Scroll  to and touch Call forwarding.
  5. Touch  one of following options:
  6. Forward when busy
  7. Forward when  unanswered
  8. Forward when  unreachable
  9. Enter  the number you want to use for call forwarding.
  10. Touch Enable.

Call log

Reset call log

To reset or clear the call log or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. Tap the Phone icon
  2. Tap Call log
  3. Press the Menu key
  4. Tap Delete all

 

View call log

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

To view call logs or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. Tap the Phone icon
  2. Tap Call log
