Call forwarding

Cancel call forwarding

To turn off or cancel call forwarding that you have set up, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Call forwarding.
  5. Scroll to and select Cancel all.

 

 

Forward all calls (unconditional)

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

To forward all calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Call forwarding.
  5. Select Always.
  6. Select Options.
  7. Select Activate.
  8. Enter the desired number for call forwarding.
  9. Press the Center Select key.

 

 

Forward some calls (conditional)

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

To turn on conditional call forwarding which forwards some calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Call forwarding.
  5. Scroll to and select from the following:
    • If busy
    • If no reply
    • If out of reach
  1. Select Options.
  2. Select Activate.
  3. Enter the desired number for call forwarding.
  4. Press the Center Select key.

Call log

Reset call log

To reset or clear the call log or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Call history management.
  5. Scroll to and select Call time.
  6. Scroll to and select from the following:
    • Last call time
    • Total incoming
    • Total outgoing
  1. Select Reset.
  2. Enter your password.
    Note: The default Password is 1234.
  3. Select Confirm.
  4. If necessary, enter the password again to confirm.

 

 

View call log

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

To view call logs or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Call history management.
  5. Scroll to and select Call time.
  6. Scroll to select and view from the following:
  • Last call time
  • Total incoming
  • Total outgoing
  • Life time
