Block calls

Block calls from a number

To block incoming calls from a number, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, press the Menu key.
  2. Select Phonebook.
  3. Select Block list.
  4. Press the Menu key.
  5. Select one of the follow options to edit:
    • Number: allows you to enter a phone number to add to the block list
    • Contacts: allows you to select a contact from the Contact list to add to the block list
    • Recent contacts: allows you to select one or multiple contacts from the Recent contacts list to add to the block list
    • Unknown numbers: adds any unknown numbers to the block list
    • FDN contacts: allows you to select a contact from the FDN list to add to the block list

 

 

Unblock a number

To allow incoming calls from a number you previously blocked, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, press the Menu key.
  2. Select Phonebook.
  3. Select Block list.
  4. Scroll to desired number.
  5. Press the Ok button to remove this number from the blocked number list.

Call forwarding

Cancel call forwarding

To turn off or cancel call forwarding that you have set up, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Call forwarding.
  5. Scroll to and select Cancel all.

 

 

Forward all calls (unconditional)

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

To forward all calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Call forwarding.
  5. Select Always.
  6. Select Voice calls.
  7. Press the Navigation key right to select Activate.
  8. Scroll to Forward to.
  9. Type the number.

10.  Press the Left Soft key to select.

 

 

Forward some calls (conditional)

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

To turn on conditional call forwarding which forwards some calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Call forwarding.
  5. Select the desired option:
    • If busy
    • If no reply
    • If out of reach
  6. Select Voice calls.
  7. Press the Navigation key right to select Activate.
  8. Scroll to Forward to.
  9. Type the number. If you select If no reply, scroll to sec and choose a waiting time period from 5, 10, 15, 20,25, or 30 seconds.
  10. Press the Left Soft key to select.

Call log

Reset call log

To reset or clear the call log or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Call records.
  3. Scroll to and select Call time.
  4. Select the desired option:
    • Last call time
    • Total outgoing
    • Total incoming
  5. Select Reset.
  6. Select Yes.
  7. Enter the password.
  8. Select OK.

 

 

View call log

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

To view call logs or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Call records.
  3. Scroll to and select Call time to view.

Touch tones (DTMF)

Turn on / off touch tones (DTMF)

To turn on or turn off touch tones when dialing, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Sound settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Keypad tone.
  5. Scroll to Volume and press the Right Navigation key until you see 0.
  6. Select Save.
