Block calls

Block calls from a number

To block incoming calls from a number, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call.
  4. Scroll to and select Call reject.
  5. At Reject, scroll right or left to select On.
  6. Scroll down to Reject list and select Change.
  7. Select one of the following options:
    • All Calls
    • Contacts
    • Groups
    • Unregistered
    • No caller ID

 

 

Unblock a number

To allow incoming calls from a number you previously blocked, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call.
  4. Scroll to and select Call reject.
  5. At Reject, scroll right or left to select On.
  6. Scroll down to Reject list and select Change.
  7. Select Contacts.
  8. Uncheck desired contact to remove from block call list.

Call forwarding

Cancel call forwarding

To turn off or cancel call forwarding that you have set up, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call.
  4. Select Call divert.
  5. Select Options.
  6. Select Deactivate or Deactivate all.
  7. Select OK.

 

 

Forward all calls (unconditional)

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

To forward all calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call.
  4. Select Call divert.
  5. At All Voice calls, select Activate.
  6. Select one of the following options:
    • To voice mail Center: Enter +18056377243, if necessary, and select Divert.
    • To other number: Enter the number to forward to and select Divert.
  7. Select OK.

 

 

Forward some calls (conditional)

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

To turn on conditional call forwarding which forwards some calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call.
  4. Select Call divert.
  5. Scroll to one of the following and select Activate:
    • When busy
    • No answer
    • Not reachable
  6. Select one of the following options:
    • To voice mail Center: Enter +18056377243, if necessary, and select Divert.
    • To other number: Enter the number to forward to and select Divert.
  7. Select OK.

Call log

Reset call log

To reset or clear the call log or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Call History.
  3. Scroll to and select Call Duration.
  4. Scroll to one of the following options:
    • All calls
    • Dialed calls
    • Received calls
    • Last call
  5. Select Options.
  6. Select Clear.
    Note: You can also select Clear all to clear all timer fields.
  7. When prompted, enter the security code.
    Note: The default security code is 0000 (four zeroes).
  8. Select OK.

 

 

View call log

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

To view call logs or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Call History.
  3. Scroll to and select Call Duration.
  4. View All calls, Dialed calls, Received calls, or Last call.

Turn on / off touch tones (DTMF)

To turn on or turn off touch tones when dialing, follow these steps:
