Block calls

Block calls from a number

To block incoming calls from a number, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Applications applications_icon.png icon.
  2. Tap Contacts.
  3. Scroll to and tap the contact you want to block.
  4. Tap Block caller.
  5. Tap OK.

 

 

Unblock a number

To allow incoming calls from a number you previously blocked, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Applicationssensations_App_Icon.png icon.
  2. Scroll to and tap Contacts.
  3. Tap the Menu key.
  4. Tap Blocked callers.
  5. Tap to select the desired contact.
  6. Tap Block caller to disable call blocking.
  7. Tap OK.

Call forwarding

Cancel call forwarding

To turn off or cancel call forwarding that you have set up, follow these steps:

 

  1. We’re sorry, but this feature is not available on this phone.

 

 

Forward all calls (unconditional)

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

To forward all calls, follow these steps:

 

  • Note: The phone number for forwarding to voicemail is +18056377243.

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Menu key.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Call.
  4. Scroll to and tap Call forwarding.
  5. Tap Always forward.
  6. Enter the phone number you want to forward your calls to, or tap the Contact icon to select a phone number from your contacts list.
  7. Tap Enable.

 

  • Note: An icon will appear on your Status bar when call forwarding is enabled.

 

  1. Disable
  2. Tap the status bar and drag down.
  3. Tap Disable.

 

 

Forward some calls (conditional)

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

To turn on conditional call forwarding which forwards some calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Menu menu_key.png key.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Call.
  4. Scroll to and tap Call forwarding.
  5. Tap one of the following options:
    • Forward when busy
    • Forward when unanswered
    • Forward when unreachable
  6. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap the Contact icon to select a phone number from your contacts list.
  7. Tap Update.

Call log

Reset call log

To reset or clear the call log or history, follow these steps:

 

  • Important: You cannot reset call timers without deleting call logs.


Delete all call timers


  1. From any Homescreen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Call log icon located in the lower right corner of the screen.
  3. Tap the Menu key.
  4. Tap Delete all.

 

Delete specific call timers


  1. From any Homescreen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Call log icon located in the lower right corner of the screen.
  3. Tap the Menu key.
  4. Touch and hold the call containing the timer you want to reset.
  5. Tap Delete from call history.

 

 

View call log

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

To view call logs or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Call history icon.
  3. Touch and hold the call you want to view.
  4. Tap View detailed call history.

Touch tones (DTMF)

Turn on / off touch tones (DTMF)

To turn on or turn off touch tones when dialing, follow these steps:

 

While your phone can use DTMF tones (touch tones), there is no setting to turn them on or off.

 

We’re sorry, but disabling DTMF tones is not available on this phone.
