Back up apps

To back up your apps, follow these steps:

Back up contacts

To back up your contacts, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Contacts.
  3. Select Options.
  4. Scroll to and select Settings.
  5. Scroll to and select Copy all.
  6. Note: To move, select Move all.
  7. Select Copy all from phone to SIM.
  8. Note: To move, select Move all from phone to SIM.
  9. Select Yes.

 

 

Back up media & pictures

To back up your media and pictures, follow these steps:

 

  1. Connect a USB cord to your phone, then to a computer.
  2. Select Mass storage.
  3. On the computer, navigate to and open the phone’s disk drive.
  4. Click to open the desired file(s).
  5. Copy the files you want to move.
  6. Paste the files in the desired location on the computer.
  7. When finished, safely disconnect the phone from the computer.

  4. Scroll to and select Settings.
  5. Scroll to and select Copy all.
  6. Note: To move, select Move all.
  7. Select Copy all from SIM to phone.
