JUMP!™ gives you the freedom to upgrade your phone when you want, not when you're told, without hassle.

 

 

How JUMP! works

There's no initial waiting period. T-Mobile will pay your remaining EIP balance, up to half of your original device purchase price. Any remaining EIP balance not covered by us will need to be paid by you at the time of the upgrade.

 

JUMP! also provides comprehensive protection against accidental damage, hardware services (mechanical breakdown), loss, or theft for between $9 to $15 per month per device.

 

If you're ready to upgrade your device, be sure to visit a T-Mobile retail store, as JUMP! upgrades cannot be done over the phone. If you can't get to a store, you can also perform an upgrade through My T-Mobile (see Upgrade your phone through JUMP! below).

 

 

JUMP! benefits

  • Device Protection protects your phone in the event of accidental damage, hardware services (mechanical breakdown) issues, loss, or theft.

  • You control how frequently you upgrade, and you can pay extra toward your EIP balance to JUMP! even faster.

 

 

JUMP! enrollment

If you're new to T-Mobile:

  • If you purchase one of our postpaid plans and purchase a device financed with our Equipment Installment Plan (EIP), you're eligible to enroll in JUMP! any time within 14 days of a qualified T-Mobile device purchase.
  • There's no minimum data requirements and no restrictions. All postpaid customers with EIP-financed devices can enroll in JUMP! any time within 14 days of a qualified T-Mobile device purchase.

 

If you're already with T-Mobile:

  • You're welcome to enroll in JUMP! during an upgrade or if you add a line with our Equipment Installment Plan (EIP).
  • You can enroll in JUMP! at any T-Mobile branded retail store or by contacting T-Mobile Customer Service. Keep in mind, some of our retail partners (stores that sell T-Mobile service) may not be able to enroll you in JUMP!

 

 

Upgrade your phone through JUMP!

The JUMP! upgrade process is simple. Just trade in your current, eligible, EIP-financed phone, and select a new device! As long as you pay half of the device purchase price, we'll pay the other half. A down payment might be necessary.

Damaged, lost, or stolen phones

Cancel JUMP!

To cancel the JUMP! program, call Customer Service at 1-800-937-8997 (Puerto Rico customers call 1-888-440-4846).
