Block calls

Block calls from a number

To block incoming calls from a number, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, press the Menu key.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Call settings.
  4. Select Auto block.
  5. Select Activation.
  6. Select On.
  7. Add the number you want to block.

 

Unblock a number

To allow incoming calls from a number you previously blocked, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, press the Menu key.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Call settings.
  4. Select Auto block.
  5. Select Activation.
  6. Select Off.

Call forwarding

Cancel call forwarding

To turn off or cancel call forwarding that you have set up, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings (Configuración).
  3. Scroll to and select Call settings (Ajustes de llamadas).
  4. Scroll to and select Call forwarding (Desvio de llamadas).
  5. Scroll to and select Cancel all (Cancelar todo).

 

 

Forward all calls (unconditional)

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

To forward all calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings (Configuracion).
  3. Scroll to and select Call settings (Ajustes de llamadas).
  4. Scroll to and select Call forwarding (Desvio de llamadas).
  5. Select Always (Siempre).
  6. In the Forward to (Desviar a) field, enter the number you want to forward calls to.
  7. Select Options (Opciones).
  8. Select Activate (Activar).

 

 

Forward some calls (conditional)

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

To turn on conditional call forwarding which forwards some calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings (Configuración).
  3. Scroll to and select Call settings (Ajustes de llamada).
  4. Scroll to and select Call forwarding (Desvio de llamadas).
  5. Scroll to and select one of the following options:
    • If busy (Ocupado)
    • If no reply (Sin respuesta)
    • If out of reach (Fuera de area)
  6. Enter the phone number you want to forward to.
    • Note: The phone number for forwarding calls to voicemail is +18056377243.
  7. If you selected If no reply (Sin respuesta), scroll to and select the waiting time you want.
  8. Select Options (Opciones).
  9. Select Activate (Activar).

Call log

Reset call log

To reset or clear the call log or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings (Configuración).
  3. Scroll to and select Call settings (Ajuste de Llamadas).
  4. Scroll to and select Call history management (Manejamiento de historial de llamadas).
  5. Select Call time (Tiempo de Llamada).
  6. Scroll to one of the following options:
    • Last call time (Tiempo de última llamada)
      Total outgoing (Total de salida)
      Total incoming (Total de entrada)
  7. Select Reset (Reinicio).
  8. Enter your password.
    • Note: The default password is 1234.
  9. Select Confirm (Confirmar).
  10. If necessary, enter the password again and confirm.

 

 

View call log

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

To view call logs or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings (Configuración).
  3. Scroll to and select Call settings (Ajuste de llamadas).
  4. Scroll to and select Call history management (Manejamiento de historial de llamadas).
  5. Select Call time  (Tiempo de llamada).

Touch tones (DTMF)

Turn on / off touch tones (DTMF)

To turn on or turn off touch tones when dialing, follow these steps:

 

  1. While on a call, select Options (Opciones).
  2. Scroll to and select Send DTMF (Enviar DTMF).
  3. Enter the number(s) you would like to send.
  4. Select Send (Enviar)
