Block calls

Block calls from a number

To block incoming calls from a number, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Applications image006.jpg icon.
  2. Scroll to and tap Contacts.
  3. Locate and tap the desired contact.
  4. Tap Block caller.
  5. Tap OK.

 

 

Unblock a number

To allow incoming calls from a number you previously blocked, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Applications image006.jpg icon.
  2. Scroll to and tap Contacts.
  3. Tap the Menu image008.jpg key.
  4. Tap Blocked callers.
  5. Tap to select the desired contact.
  6. Tap Block caller to disable call blocking.
  7. Tap OK.

Call forwarding

Cancel call forwarding

To turn off or cancel call forwarding that you have set up, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Menu image008.jpg key.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Call.
  4. Scroll to and tap Call forwarding.
  5. Tap Always forward.
  6. Tap Disable.

 

 

Forward all calls (unconditional)

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

To forward all calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Menuimage008.jpg key.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Call.
  4. Scroll to and tap Call forwarding.
  5. Tap Always forward.
  6. Enter the number you want your calls forwarded to, or enter +18056377249 to forward calls to voicemail.
  7. Tap Enable.

 

 

Forward some calls (conditional)

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

To turn on conditional call forwarding which forwards some calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Menu image008.jpg key.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Call.
  4. Scroll to and tap Call forwarding.
  5. Tap one of the following options:
    • Forward when busy
    • Forward when unanswered
    • Forward when unreachable
  6. Enter the number you want to use for call forwarding.
  7. Tap Update.

Call log

Reset call log

To reset or clear the call log or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Call history tab.
  3. Press Menu.
  4. Tap Remove call history.

 

 

View call log

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

To view call logs or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Call history tab.
  3. Scroll to and touch and hold the call you want to view.
  4. Tap View detailed call history.

Touch tones (DTMF)

Turn on / off touch tones (DTMF)

To turn on or turn off touch tones when dialing, follow these steps:

 

Although your phone can use DTMF tones (touch tones), there is no setting to turn them on or off.

 

We’re sorry, but changing DTMF tones is not available on your device.
