Call forwarding

Cancel call forwarding

To turn off or cancel call forwarding that you have set up, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, press the Send key.
  2. Press the Menu key.
  3. Scroll to and select Options.
  4. Tap Call Forwarding.
  5. Tap Forward Calls.
  6. Tap Never in the drop-down menu.
  7. Press the Menu key.
  8. Select Save.

 

Forward all calls (unconditional)

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

To forward all calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, press the Send key.
  2. Press the Menu key.
  3. Scroll to and select Options.
  4. Tap Call Forwarding.
  5. Tap Forward Calls.
  6. In the drop-down menu, tap Always.
  7. Tap Forward All Calls.
  8. Select one of the following options:
    • +18056377249 to forward calls to voicemail
    • New Number to forward calls to a different number; scroll to and tap a contact or enter a new number
  9. Press the Menu key.
  10. Select Save.

 

 

Forward some calls (conditional)

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

To turn on conditional call forwarding which forwards some calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, press the Send key.
  2. Press the Menu key.
  3. Scroll to and select Options.
  4. Tap Call Forwarding.
  5. Tap Forward Calls.
  6. In the drop-down menu, tap Conditional.
  7. Tap If Busy.
  8. In the drop-down menu, tap Do Not Forward or the desired forwarding number.
  9. Tap If No Reply.
  10. In the drop-down menu, tap Do Not Forward or the desired forwarding number.
  11. Tap If Not Reachable.
  12. In the drop-down menu, tap Do Not Forward or the desired forwarding number.
  13. Press the Menu key.
  14. Select Save.

Call log

Reset call log

To reset or clear the call log or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, press the green phone key.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • To delete a single call log, highlight a call log.
    • To delete a range of call logs, highlight a call log. Press and hold the Shift key. On the trackpad, slide your finger up or down. Release the Shift key.
  3. Press the Menu key.
  4. Scroll to and select Delete.

 

 

View call log

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

To view call logs or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, press the green phone key.
  2. View the call log on the screen.

Touch tones (DTMF)

Turn on / off touch tones (DTMF) - Not Supported

While your device can use DTMF tones (touch tones), there is no setting to turn them on or off.
