Block calls

Block calls from a number

To block incoming calls from a number, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, press the Menu menu.jpg key.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Call.
  4. Tap Call rejection.
  5. Tap Auto reject mode.
  6. Tap Auto reject numbers.
  7. Tap Black list to manage the auto reject number list.
  8. Tap Add to add numbers to the auto reject number list.
  9. Enter the number you want to block.

 

 

Unblock a number

To allow incoming calls from a number you previously blocked, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, press the Menu menu.jpg key.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Call.
  4. Tap Call rejection.
  5. Tap Black list.
  6. Tap to clear the check box next to the caller you want to remove from the auto reject list.

Call forwarding

Cancel call forwarding

To turn off or cancel call forwarding that you have set up, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any  Home screen, tap the Menu key.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Call.
  4. Tap Call  forwarding.
  5. Tap Always  forward.
  6. Tap Disable.

 

 

Forward all calls (unconditional)

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

To forward all calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Menu menu.jpg key.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Call.
  4. Scroll to and tap Call forwarding.
  5. Tap Always forward.
  6. Enter the phone number you want to forward your calls to, or tap the Contact icon to select a phone number from your contacts list.
  7. Tap Enable or Update.
    • Note: An icon will appear on your Status bar when unconditional call forwarding is enabled.

 

 

Forward some calls (conditional)

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

To turn on conditional call forwarding which forwards some calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Menu menu.jpg key.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Call.
  4. Scroll to and tap Call forwarding.
  5. Tap one of the following options:
    • Forward when busy
    • Forward when unanswered
    • Forward when unreachable
  6. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap the Contact icon to select a phone number from your contacts list.
  7. Tap Update.

Call log

Reset call log

To reset or clear the call log or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Logs tab.
  3. Tap the Menu menu.jpg key.
  4. Tap Delete.
  5. Tap Select all to select the check box.
  6. Tap Delete.

 

 

View call log

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

To view call logs or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Logs tab.

Touch tones (DTMF)

Turn on / off touch tones (DTMF)

To turn on or turn off touch tones when dialing, follow these steps:
