Block calls

Block calls from a number

To block incoming calls from a number, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Start screen, tap the T-Mobile tile.
  2. Tap and hold on a number you want to block in the call history.
  3. Tap block number...
  4. Tap ok.

 

 

Unblock a number

To allow incoming calls from a number you previously blocked, follow these steps:

  1. From the Start screen, touch the screen and slide left.
  2. Scroll down to and tap Settings.
  3. Scroll down to and tap call + SMS filter.
  4. Tap blocked numbers.
  5. Tap and hold on the number you want to unblock.
  6. Tap unblock.

Call forwarding

Cancel call forwarding

To turn off or cancel call forwarding that you have set up, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Start screen, tap the T-Mobile tile.
  2. Tap the More (…) icon at bottom-right of the screen.
  3. Tap settings.
  4. Tap and slide the Call forwarding slider to Off.

 

 

Forward all calls (unconditional)

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

To forward all calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Start screen, tap the T-Mobile tile.
  2. Tap the More (…) icon at bottom-right of the screen.
  3. Tap settings.
  4. Tap and slide the Call forwarding slider to On.
  5. Enter the desired number where all calls will be forwarded inside the Forward calls to field.
  6. Tap Save.

 

 

Forward some calls (conditional)

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

We’re sorry, but this feature is not available on your device. Your  device only supports Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) where all  incoming calls are immediately forwarded to the call forwarding number  you provide.

Call log

Reset call log

To reset or clear the call log or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Start screen, tap the T-Mobile tile.
  2. If necessary, swipe left or right to the history screen.
  3. Tap the More (…) icon at bottom-right of the screen.
  4. Tap Delete all.
  5. Tap delete to confirm.

 

 

View call log

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

To view call logs or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Start screen, tap the T-Mobile tile.
  2. If necessary, swipe left or right to the history screen.

Touch tones (DTMF)

Turn on / off touch tones (DTMF)

Although your phone can use DTMF tones (touch tones), there is no setting to turn them on or off.
