Block calls

Block calls from a number

To block incoming calls from a number, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call Settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Auto block.
  5. Select On.
  6. Select Block List.
  7. Select Options.
  8. Select Add new.
  9. Enter the number you wish to block.
  10. Select Save.

 

 

Unblock a number

To allow incoming calls from a number you previously blocked, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call Settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Auto block.
  5. Uncheck the box and Save.
  6. Highlight the number and select Options.
  7. Select Delete.

Call forwarding

Cancel call forwarding

To turn off or cancel call forwarding that you have set up, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Call forwarding.
  5. Scroll to and select Cancel All.

 

 

Forward all calls (unconditional)

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

To forward all calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Call forwarding.
  5. Select Always.
  6. Enter the desired number. Note: The number for voicemail forwarding is +18056377249.
  7. Select Options.
  8. Select Activate.

 

 

Forward some calls (conditional)

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

To turn on conditional call forwarding which forwards some calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Call forwarding.
  5. Select one of the following options:
    • If busy
    • If no reply
    • If out of reach
  6. Enter the desired number. Note: The Voicemail number is the default.
  7. Select Options.
  8. Select Activate.

Call log

Reset call log

To reset or clear the call log or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Call history.
  3. Scroll to and select All calls.
  4. Select Options.
  5. Scroll to and select Delete.
  6. Select All or Selected.
  7. Select Yes to confirm.

 

 

View call log

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

To view call logs or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Call history.

Touch tones (DTMF)

Turn on / off touch tones (DTMF)

To turn on or turn off touch tones when dialing, follow these steps:

 

We’re sorry, but changing dual tone multi-frequency (DTMF) tones is not available on your phone. DTMF tones are used to communicate with automated systems that require you to type a number such as a code, password, or credit card number.
