Change your T-Mobile ID password

    Find steps to change your T-Mobile ID password. If you've forgotten it, check out My T-Mobile password troubleshooting.


    From your mobile device with the T-Mobile app

    1. Open the app. If you don't have it, download it now.
    2. Select Profile Settings.
    3. When prompted, log in with your T-Mobile ID.
    4. Select T-Mobile ID.
    5. Select Password.
    6. Enter your old password and new password and then re-enter your new password.
    7. Select SAVE.



    From a computer

    1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
    2. Select PROFILE.
    3. Next to T-MOBILE ID > PASSWORD, select Edit.
    4. Enter your new password and then select SAVE.
