Call forwarding

Cancel call forwarding

To turn off or cancel call forwarding that you have set up, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap Menu.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to and tap Call settings.
  4. Tap Call forwarding.
  5. Tap Cancel all.

 

 

Forward all calls (unconditional)

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

To forward all calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap Menu.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to and tap Call settings.
  4. Tap Call forwarding.
  5. Tap Always.
  6. Under ‘Divert to,’ enter a phone number you want to forward all calls to.
    Note: The voicemail number is +18056377249.
  7. Tap OK.
  8. Tap Activate.


 

Forward some calls (conditional)

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

To turn on conditional call forwarding which forwards some calls, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap Menu.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to and tap Call settings.
  4. Tap Call forwarding.
  5. Select one of the following options:
    • If busy
    • If no reply
    • If out of reach
  6. Under ‘Divert to,’ enter a phone number you want to forward conditional calls to.
    Note: Voicemail number is +18056377249.
  7. Tap OK.
  8. Tap Activate.

Call log

Reset call log

To reset or clear the call log or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Phone key.
  2. Tap Delete.
  3. Select the Select All check box.
  4. Tap Delete.

 

 

View call log

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

To view call logs or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Phone key.
  2. Scroll down to view more call log entries.
  3. Select a log entry to view more information.
