Manage privacy & notifications

Learn how to manage your account privacy and notification settings.

 

 

 

Marketing communications

 

My T-Mobile

  1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
  2. Click your name at the top right >  Profile.
  3. Click Privacy & Notifications > Marketing Communications.
  4. Click the following sliders to turn On or Off:
    • Text or call my phone
    • Send me email
    • Receive monthly T-Mobile Newsletter
    • Mail to my billing address
  5. To change your language preference, click the menu and then select a language.

 

T-Mobile app

  1. Open the app and log in using your T-Mobile ID and password.
  2. Tap MORE > Profile settings.
  3. Tap Privacy & Notifications > Marketing Communications.
  4. Tap the following sliders to turn On or Off:
    • Text or call my phone
    • Send me email
    • Receive monthly T-Mobile Newsletter
    • Mail to my billing address
  5. To change your language preference, click the menu and then select a language.

 

 

Manage notifications

T-Mobile will always send notifications when you are approaching the talk, text, or data limits on your own line.

 

My T-Mobile

  1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
  2. Click your name at the top right >  Profile.
  3. Click Privacy & Notifications > Notifications.

 

T-Mobile app

  1. Open the T-Mobile app and log in using your T-Mobile ID and password.
  2. Tap MORE > Profile settings.
  3. Tap Privacy & Notifications > Notifications.

 

 

Manage advertising & insights

 

My T-Mobile

  1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
  2. Click your name at the top right > Profile.
  3. Click Privacy & Notifications > Advertising & Insights.
  4. Click the Insights slider to turn it On or Off.

 

 

T-Mobile app

  1. Open the T-Mobile app and log in using your T-Mobile ID and password.
  2. Tap MORE > Profile settings.
  3. Tap Privacy & Notifications > Advertising & Insights.
  4. Tap the Insights slider to turn it On or Off.

 

 

Opt out from marketing communications

  1. Open the marketing email we sent to your inbox.
  2. Select the unsubscribe option in the email message.
  3. Update your preferences.
