Reset your Pay in Advance PIN

    Learn how to reset your Pay in Advance (Prepaid) personal identification number (PIN). You'll need your PIN when you call Customer Service.

     

    If you forgot your PIN, you can use the steps below to reset it.

     

    Reset by phone

    1. Call 611 from your phone.
    2. When prompted, say "Reset pin."
    3. Follow the automated system steps to reset your PIN.

     

    Reset at store

    Visit a local T-Mobile retail store.  Bring your photo ID. Your photo ID must match the account name to reset the PIN.
