Resolution steps

The IMEI printed on the back of the device is accurate. Update the device software to Android (ICS) 4.0.4/T769UVLH5  to prevent future service impacts.

  1. Perform the software update to ICS through Samsung Kies. This update is ONLY available through Samsung Kies.
    • Once Kies is installed and opened on your PC/MAC, connect your device via the manufacturer supported USB and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the firmware update to Android 4.0.4/T769UVLH5.
  2. If you are unable to complete the above action through Kies, contact us for further assistance.
