Troubleshoot or learn more about problems experienced when attaching files larger than 5MB when sending emails.
To fix this issue:
- Software versions affected: C85B837SP01, C85B839SP03
- When you are sent an attachment of any type that is 5MB or larger in your Exchange email, you will receive a blank attachment with no ability to Open or Save this attachment.
- The name of the email is shown, but the name of the attachment is not.
- This issue should only occur in Exchange email, not in Gmail or POP server email.
To successfully recieve an attahment over 5MB that was sent to your Exchange email, contact the original sender to re-send this message to a non-Exchange email address.
