SIM unlock: Apple iPhone

    Overview

     

    In order to use the Apple® iPhone® on the T-Mobile network, the device must be unlocked. T-Mobile is unable to assist with unlocking an iPhone. For more information and assistance with unlocking an iPhone, please contact Apple.

     

    Note: T-Mobile does not recommend getting an unofficially unlocked iPhone (jailbroken), as some services and features may not work on the T-Mobile network. Additionally, software updates on jailbroken devices may re-lock the device.
