To fix this synchronization error, follow these steps:


  1. Press Menu.
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Configuration.
  4. Select Personal Configuration Settings.
  5. Select Options (may show as “add new” if no APN is configured).
  6. Select web2go
  7. Select default.
  8. Open contacts verifying issue is resolved.
