T-Mobile Refill app

    The T-Mobile Refill app enables you to make one time, or reoccurring payments toward your prepaid account.

    What you can do with the T-Mobile Refill app

    • Refill your account, 24/7.
    • Check your current balance, due date, and other account details.
    • View payment and gifting history.
    • Sign up for automatic refills.
    • Send a payment to another T-Mobile Prepaid customer.

     

     

    What you need to use it

    • A T-Mobile Prepaid account
    • A T-Mobile data plan

     

     

    How to use the app

     

    Set up T-Mobile Refill app

    1. Launch T-Mobile Refill and watch / click through the tutorial. An SMS will be sent to your device. Once the SMS is received, you may continue setting up the app. Without the SMS, you cannot complete the setup process.
    2. Click Set PIN. The PIN cannot consist of consecutive digits (ex. 4567).
    3. Tap Next, verify PIN by re-entering it, and tap Next.
    4. Change the email address if desired. The email address is auto populated with your Gmail address
    5. Tap Next.

     

    Add/edit a card

    1. Launch T-Mobile Refill.
    2. Tap the Menu Button.
    3. Tap My Cards.
    4. Select one of the following options:
      • Add a Card:
        • Tap Add New, then enter all required information
          • Name as it appears on card
          • Card number
          • Card expiry date
          • CVV number (when required)
          • Billing address
      • Edit a Card:
        1. Tap the desired card.
        2. Tap Edit, then update the required information. Only the last four digits of the card number will appear.
        1. Tap Delete, to delete the card.
        2. Tap Set as Default, to make the card your default payment method.
        3. Tap the card again to collapse the edit options.

     

    Make a one-time refill

    1. Launch T-Mobile Refill.
    2. Tap Refill
    3. Tap the Default $ Amount
    4. Select the amount you wish to pay
    5. Select your payment option for your wallet or enter a new payment method. The Refill Summary Screen will display, recapping the transaction
    6. Check the Terms & Conditions box.
    7. Tap Process. The Payment Confirmation Screen will display providing a conformation (order) number
    8. Tap Done

     

    Reset PIN

    1. Launch T-Mobile Refill.
    2. Tap the Menu button.
    3. Tap Reset PIN.
    4. An SMS will be sent to your phone. Once the SMS is received, proceed to step five. Without this SMS, you cannot move past this step.
    5. Click Set PIN. The PIN cannot consist of consecutive digits (ex. 4567)
    6. Verify PIN by re-entering it
    7. Change the email address if desired. The email address is auto populated with your Gmail address.

     

    Send a refill gift

    1. Launch T-Mobile Refill.
    2. Tap Auto Refill, select the frequency and start date. Only dates 1-28 are available each month.
    3. Tap the Default $ Amount and select the amount you wish to pay.
    4. Select your payment option for your wallet or enter a new payment method. The Auto Refill Summary Screen will display, recapping the transaction.
    5. Check the Terms & Conditions box and tap Process.
    6. The Auto Payment Confirmation Screen will display providing a conformation (order) number.
    7. Tap Done.

     

    Set up and edit automated refills

    1. Launch T-Mobile Refill.
    2. Tap Auto Refill. select the frequency and start date. Only dates 1-28 are available for each month.
    3. Tap the Default $ Amount and select the amount you wish to pay.
    4. Select your payment option for your wallet or enter a new payment method. The AutoRefill Summary Screen will display, recapping the transaction.
    5. Check the Terms & Conditions box and tap Process. The Auto Refill Enrollment Confirmation Screen will display providing a conformation (order) number.
    6. Tap Done.
