Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) for voicemail or Visual Voicemail does not display: T-Mobile myTouch 4G

Troubleshoot or learn more about the Message Waiting indicator for voicemail or Visual Voicemail.

 

 

To fix this issue:

  1. Listen to your voicemails. Performing the following steps may delete Visual Voicemail.
  2. Clear the app cache and data for the Visual Voicemail app.
  3. Test the voicemail.
  4. if the problem continues, perform a master reset.
